Anthem of Kings
5 energy 1 second casting time 20 second recharge time Chant. All allies within earshot attack 25% faster for 2...10 seconds. (Leadership). Choice two: Make this skill an elite with same stuff. Choice Three: 10 energy 1 second casting time 25 seconds recharge time Chant. For 1...9 seconds, allies within earshot attack 25% faster. (Leadership). I would say make the energy cost more like 15-25 energy. This skill actually gains energy for the caster if you have 7 allies and a decent Leadership. This would become the new [skill]Anthem of Flame[/skill] if you put this in the game now if it was non-elite. However, I would probably not run it if it was elite, except maybe in Ursan parties. You need a majority of your party to be attackers for this to be useful.
